CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-169 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 302.06, Subp. 1. "FENCES AS <br />SCREENING AND SECURITY AS REQUIRED BY THIS CODE" <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 302.06, Subparagraph 1 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />Required fences for screening and security purposes in Agricultural and <br />Residential zoning districts shall be set back from all property lines equal to the <br />required structure set back of the zoning district in which they are located e, Xcept <br />where residential zoned lots share a common property line with commercial <br />uses or commercial zoning districts and only on the common property line <br />between the residential and commercial parcels." <br />Section 2.
