ORDINANCE NO. 97-169
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 302.06, Subp. 1. "FENCES AS
SCREENING AND SECURITY AS REQUIRED BY THIS CODE"
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 302.06, Subparagraph 1 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended as
follows:
Required fences for screening and security purposes in Agricultural and
Residential zoning districts shall be set back from all property lines equal to the
required structure set back of the zoning district in which they are located e, Xcept
where residential zoned lots share a common property line with commercial
uses or commercial zoning districts and only on the common property line
between the residential and commercial parcels."
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 2nd day of May 2006.
