AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 SUBDIVISION 3.11.La (TABLE)
ADDING A PERMITTED USE AND STRUCTURE
IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07, Subdivision 4.11.1. a. (Table) of the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Cafes and Restaurants
(Limited to full table service operations)
Cafes and Restaurants — Drive -up Window
(Menu boards and intercom systems prohibited)
(Adequate vehicle stacking must be provided)
Section 2. Effective Date: The ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
