CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-176 <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LATERAL WATER MAIN CHARGES <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that the following connection <br />charges are approved: <br />(1) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project <br />Phase I shall be $4,512.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year <br />2006. <br />(2) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project <br />Phase II shall be $5,718.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year <br />2006. <br />If the charges for these projects are paid after 2006, the actual charge will be <br />adjusted to reflect the City's carrying costs from 2006 to the year of payment. <br />Computations for the above charges are contained on the lateral benefit <br />worksheets for the City Water System Interconnect Project for each phase which <br />are on file at the City of Lake Elmo administrative offices and which are <br />incorporated herein. <br />ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15th day of August, <br />2006. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day follow rrQits-mublication. <br />Dated: a , 2006 <br />n Johnston, Mayor <br />G <br />Marty Rafferty,/Ad71, <br />rato� <br />ST <br />PUBLICATION DATE: Publis d on the day of �r� Uer, 2006. <br />F;\users\Janice\Jerry\LE\Trunk and Lateral Water Main Charges Ordinance.-3.doc <br />
