ORDINANCE NO. 97-176
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LATERAL WATER MAIN CHARGES
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that the following connection
charges are approved:
(1) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project
Phase I shall be $4,512.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year
2006.
(2) The lateral water main charge for City Water System Interconnect Project
Phase II shall be $5,718.00 per lot, if such charges are paid in calendar year
2006.
If the charges for these projects are paid after 2006, the actual charge will be
adjusted to reflect the City's carrying costs from 2006 to the year of payment.
Computations for the above charges are contained on the lateral benefit
worksheets for the City Water System Interconnect Project for each phase which
are on file at the City of Lake Elmo administrative offices and which are
incorporated herein.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15th day of August,
2006.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day follow rrQits-mublication.
