CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-180 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE TANKS <br />The City Council ordains that section 700.03, Subdivision 1, of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended as follows: <br />E. 7080.0175 Maintenance <br />Sewage tanks shall be pumped or inspected by a City -licensed septic pumper, or <br />inspected by a State -certified septic inspector every two (2) years. A pumping <br />and/or inspection report shall be submitted to the City by the pumper or inspector. <br />The City will furnish report forms. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law. <br />;tober, 2006. <br />Dean A.
