ORDINANCE NO.97-181
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SECTION 1005.04 (I)
(PARKING PROHIBITED)
TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendments: Section 1005.04 (1). is hereby added to the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code: to wit:
1. Restrictions on 15th Street North, on both sides, from Ivy Avenue North to the East
end of the street.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on October 3, 2006.
