ORDINANCE NO. 97-183
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES
IN THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE
The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 300.07, Subdivision 4, B.2(b) is hereby
added to the City Code to read as follows:
300.07 Subd. 4. B.2.(b) Open Space Development as regulated by Section 301.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 3`d day of October,
2006.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its
publication.
