CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-184 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION <br />RELATING TO DENSITIES <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 301.06 Subdivision 2.H. is hereby <br />amended to the City Code to read as follows: <br />301.06, Subd. 211. Densities: <br />The maximum dwelling unit density shall be eighteen (18) units per forty (40) gross acres <br />of Buildable Land. <br />ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 3`d day of October, <br />2006. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its <br />publication. <br />Dated: 2006 <br />Dean A.
