AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION
RELATING TO DENSITIES
The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 301.06 Subdivision 2.H. is hereby
amended to the City Code to read as follows:
301.06, Subd. 211. Densities:
The maximum dwelling unit density shall be eighteen (18) units per forty (40) gross acres
of Buildable Land.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 3`d day of October,
2006.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its
publication.
