CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-186 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO DEFINITIONS CONTAINED IN THE LAKE ELMO CITY <br />CODE. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that the following definitions <br />contained in Chapter 150 of the Lake Elmo City Code are amended to read: <br />"Agriculture" means the production or sale of livestock, dairy animals, <br />dairy products, fur -bearing animals, horticultural and nursery stock, <br />fruits of all kinds, vegetables, forage, grains, bees, and apiary products. <br />"Farm, Rural" The portion of a ten (10) or more acre parcel of land in <br />the Rural Residential Zoning District which is devoted to agriculture by <br />the property owner or by a lessee of the property owner. <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
