AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 300.07, SUBD. 4.11.2. RELATING TO
HOME OCCUPATIONS IN THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 4.13.2 Accessory Uses and Structures is hereby
added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, to wit:
Section 300.07, Subd, 4.,11.2.b.
b. Home Occupations
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the Lak y Council this 5th day of April, 2005.
