ORDINANCE NO. 97- 15 2-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A STOP SIGN
AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHLANDS TRAIL AND HILLTOP AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a traffic control sign at the
intersection of Highlands Trail and Hilltop Avenue
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Public Works Supervisor has reviewed this
request and recommend approval of the installation of a traffic control sign
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
authorizes a traffic control sign on the westbound Highlands Trail at Hilltop Avenue
North and that the stop sign location be added to Appendix B.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15a' d h, 2005.
