ORDINANCE NO. 97-160
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 200.01, Subd. 8 and its
subdivisions are amended/added to read as follows:
8. Salaries of Mayor and City Council Members
a. As of January 1, 2007, the annual salary of the Mayor shall
be $3,783; and the annual salary of each council member
shall be $3,025.
b. As of January 1, 2008, the annual salary of the Mayor shall
be $3,915; and the annual salary of each council member
shall be $3,130.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on the 2nd day of
August, 2005.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2007.
