ORDINANCE NO. 97-163
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 300.07 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
SUBDIVISION 4, PARAGRAPH A2F AND PARAGRAPH 4112b
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNCIPAL CODE
Section 1. Repeal: Section 300.07, Subdivision 4, Paragraph A2f and Paragraph 4112b,
both of which permit Open Space Development Projects by Conditional Use Permit in
the AG (Agriculture) and (RR) Rural Residential Zones of the Lake Elmo City Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
