NEC Remne 6.9 Acres <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-132 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 <br />"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 A 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of <br />the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is amended to rezone property from RR to LB, based on <br />conformity with the Comprehensive Plan, owned by MFC Properties 94, L.C., legally <br />described as follows: <br />That part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 34, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying <br />Westerly of that part thereof embraced within County Highway Right -of -Way <br />Plat No. 48-19B and lying northerly of Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation Right -of -Way Plat Numbered 82-43, according to the <br />recorded plats thereof. <br />Section 2.
