ORDINANCE NO.97-143
AN ORDINANCE SETTING MUNICIPAL FEES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2004
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the following fee schedule for
calendar year 2004 and directs that it be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as
Appendix A.

ORDINANCE SUMMARY
ORDINANCE NO. 97-143
On the 16th day of November, 2004, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted
Ordinance No. 97-142 relating to establishing municipal fees for calendar year 2004
and authorized the publication of the following Ordinance Summary by four (4)
affirmative votes, as required by Minnesota Statutes 5412.191, Subd. 4.
Ordinance No. 97-142 is attached to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as Appendix
A and contains a listing of all fees charged by the City for various zoning, platting,
building, licensing and utility uses and permits.
