AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 810 — OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED
Section 1. Amendment: Section 810.02, Subd. 2 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows; to wit
810.02 Permits:Recreational Fires
Recreational fire means a fire set for cooking, warming, recreational, or
ceremonial purposes which does not exceed 3 feet "square" and 3 feet in height,
and has had the ground 5 feet from the base of the fire cleared of all combustible
material.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 1" day of April, 2003
