CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA Lei") [Y1C[y 97►[17� AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 1005.04(1) (PARKING PROHIBITED) TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE Section 1. Amendments: Section 1005.041. is hereby added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code: to wit: On the west side of Jane Road North, beginning at the south line of PID 10-029-21-24-0003 extending 33 feet northerly, thereof. Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law. ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on June 17, 2003.
