CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97- 96 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 210.03 COMPOSITION <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODETHE PLANNING COMM <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 210.03 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />210.03 Composition <br />The Planning Commission shall consist of eleven (11) members and two alternate members. <br />Members shall be appointed by the Council for three-year terms so that only one-third (1/3) of <br />the appointments will expire on December 31st of each year. <br />Alternate members shall be appointed to serve until there <br />is a vacancy on the Commission. or until they ___. _ ___. __ ==__ y __.. The Council shall <br />designate a first alternate and a second alternate who will become full members in order of <br />appointment and shall complete the unexpired term of the member they succeed. If the office <br />of any alternate becomes vacant, the vacancy shall be filled in the same manner in which the last <br />regular appointment for that office was made. <br />Section 2.
