MFG Rezone Ordinance— 2002 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No.99-71M <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 <br />"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd.3 A 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the <br />Lake Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone property from RR to AG, based on <br />conformity with the Comprehensive Plan, owned by MFC Properties 94, L.C., legally <br />described as follows: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying westerly of <br />Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 48-19B. <br />Section 2.
