AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 505.10
"POLE CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS"
Section 1. Amendment: Section 505.10 Pole Construction Buildings is hereby amended
as follows: to wit:
Section 505.10 Pole Construction Buildings: Except as hereinafter provided,
pole construction buildings shall be allowed on parcels zoned Agricultural (AG) or Rural
Residential (RR) and may be allowed on parcels zoned One Family Residential (R-1) if
75% of the perimeter of the R-1 parcel abuts property zoned Agricultural and if no part of
such R-1 parcel abuts property which is subject to a conditional use permit for an open
space preservation project.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
