AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SECTION 1350.05 SUBDIVISION i and
SECTION 1350.05 SUBDIVISION 2
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section L Amendment: Section 1350.05 Subd. 1. is hereby ammending to include the
following, to wit:
Illumination may exceed the stated maximums for a radius of 20 feet
measured from the center point of the light fixture, but shall not exceed
those maximums beyond the exterior property line of the site upon which
the fixture is located.
Section 2. Amendment: Section 1350.05 Subd. 2. is hereby ammending to include the
following, to wit:

Section 3. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
