CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-105 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 700.04 SUBD. 2 B.2. <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 700.04 Subd. 2. B. 2 is hereby amended and shall read as follows: <br />New connection to a community sewage treatment system will not be permitted for new <br />construction, unless the previous structure on which the new construction occurs was <br />previously connected to the existing community sewage treatment system. <br />Section 2.
