ORDINANCE 97-105
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 700.04 SUBD. 2 B.2.
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 700.04 Subd. 2. B. 2 is hereby amended and shall read as follows:
New connection to a community sewage treatment system will not be permitted for new
construction, unless the previous structure on which the new construction occurs was
previously connected to the existing community sewage treatment system.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
