CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-107 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.13 SUBD. 31 <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING PLACEMENT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section; 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />No detached garages or other accessory buildings in residential districts shall be <br />located neater the front lot line than the principal building on that lot, except in AG, <br />RR, and R1 districts where detached garages may be permitted nearer the front lot <br />line than the principal building by resolution of the City Council, except in planned <br />unit developments or cluster developments. <br />Section 2.
