ORDINANCE 97-107
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.13 SUBD. 31
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING PLACEMENT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
Section 1. Amendment: Section; 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
No detached garages or other accessory buildings in residential districts shall be
located neater the front lot line than the principal building on that lot, except in AG,
RR, and R1 districts where detached garages may be permitted nearer the front lot
line than the principal building by resolution of the City Council, except in planned
unit developments or cluster developments.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
