ORDINANCE 97- 11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 225.11- QUORUM FOR PARKS COMMISSION MEETINGS
Section 1. Amendment: Section 225.11 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows; to wit:
225.11 Required Number of Members Present to (
five (5) members of the Commission are present.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
