AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 235 — VILLAGE
FROM THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 235 — Villaee Commission is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 2nd day of January 2001.
