ORDINANCE 97-69
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 800.01
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
FROM THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 800.01 - Environmental Management Commission is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 10 day of January 2001.
