An Ordinance adding a definition for Contractor Maintenance Shop
to Section 150 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
Section 1. Amendment: Section 150 "Definitions" of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is
hereby amended to include the following
Contractor Maintenance Shop: An area and/or building devoted to use by a person who
contracts to do certain work in the fields of building or construction trades. If there is
outside storage of construction equipment, it shall be placed to the rear of the Contractor's
Maintenance Shop, and screened from adjacent properties by a landscape plan approved by
the City Council.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
