CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97 %S <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 400.15, SUBDIVISION 1 <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 400.15 Park Land Dedication Requirements, Subd 1. Land <br />Dedication is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Subd. 1. Land Dedication <br />Except as hereinafter provided, the owners of land being subdivided shall dedicate a <br />reasonable portion of the land to the City for public use as parks, playgrounds, trails <br />or open space. The land dedication requirements shall equal the following percentages <br />of the total area being subdivided within various zoning districts: <br />Zoning Districts <br />Maximum Percentage <br />Land Dedication <br />Rl, R2, R3, R4 <br />10% <br />RE ftftJGR <br />7% <br />RR and AG <br />4% <br />GB, LB, HB, BP, CB, I <br />3% <br />RR and AG with OP Conditional Use Permit <br />7% <br />Section 2.
