ORDINANCE NO. 9-756
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERFORMANCE BASED SEPTIC SYSTEMS
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 700.03 Subd. 1. E. is added to
the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows:
Section 700.03 Subd. 1. E.: Minnesota Rules, part 7080.0179 is incorporated by
reference into the Lake Elmo Municipal Code.
Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 20th Day of
June, 2000.
