ORDINANCE 97
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 520.01, SUBDIVISION 2
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 520.01 Subd. 2 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Subd. 2 Review of Zoning Administrator
The zoning administrator shall review the site and building plans for the purpose of
determining their compliance with this section and other applicable City ordinances.
The zoning administrator shall have fhirti` six " k60 days in which to complete
the review of the site and building plans. During the same elms sixtt, 00 &0jday
period, the Council and Planning Commission shall also review the site and building
plan and refer the plan to other City staff for review for the same purpose.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
