Korhel <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9744 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE 1998 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1.Of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property (39.2 acres) from AG <br />(Agricultural) to RED (Rural Estates) Zoning District to wit:. <br />The property is located at 5540 Keats Avenue and is legally described as: <br />The south 655.93 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter (SW '/a of <br />the NE'/<) of Section three (3), Township twenty-nine (29) north, Range twenty-one (21) <br />West, Washington County, Minnesota, as measured at a right angle to the south line <br />thereof. Also, the south 655.93 feet of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter <br />(SE '/4 of the NE ''/4) of said Section three (3), as measured at a right angle to the south <br />line thereof, subject to a road easement for existing Keats Avenue over the east 33.00 <br />feet thereof. <br />Section 2.
