ORDINANCE NO. 9744
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP"
OF THE 1998 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1.Of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property (39.2 acres) from AG
(Agricultural) to RED (Rural Estates) Zoning District to wit:.
The property is located at 5540 Keats Avenue and is legally described as:
The south 655.93 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter (SW '/a of
the NE'/<) of Section three (3), Township twenty-nine (29) north, Range twenty-one (21)
West, Washington County, Minnesota, as measured at a right angle to the south line
thereof. Also, the south 655.93 feet of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter
(SE '/4 of the NE ''/4) of said Section three (3), as measured at a right angle to the south
line thereof, subject to a road easement for existing Keats Avenue over the east 33.00
feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
