CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97 y G <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 800.02 SUBIDIVISION 6.6 <br />TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 800.02 Subdivision 6., 6 is hereby added to the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; to wit: <br />6. Any person, firm, business or corporation that picks up garbage, refuse, waste <br />materials for the City of Lake Elmo, including, but not limited to, its City Office, <br />City Parks, City Maintenance Department, or City Fire Department must dispose <br />of garbage, refuse, or waste materials at the Resource Recovery Facility in <br />Newport, Minnesota. <br />Section 2.
