AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 800.02 SUBIDIVISION 6.6
TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 800.02 Subdivision 6., 6 is hereby added to the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code; to wit:
6. Any person, firm, business or corporation that picks up garbage, refuse, waste
materials for the City of Lake Elmo, including, but not limited to, its City Office,
City Parks, City Maintenance Department, or City Fire Department must dispose
of garbage, refuse, or waste materials at the Resource Recovery Facility in
Newport, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
