Mogren Sod Farms CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. C11 t4 9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd.3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property, owned by Yik Chi Lo and Yau Mui Lo and leased by Mogren Sod Farms, from (RR) Rural Residential to (AG) Agricultural to wit: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota which lies westerly of the westerly right of way line of Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 82-35 recorded as Document No. 424557 in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota and westerly of the westerly right of way line of Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 36 recorded as Document No. 449905 in said office of the County Recorder. And also the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minneota; EXCEPT the following described tract: Commencing at the southeast comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North along the west line a distance of 152 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to a point, said point being located 33 feet East of the Point of beginning; thence West 33 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law. 41A ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on J'Jday of ut 1999.
