AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO.9727, ARTICLE 4, SECTION
4.04, FRANCHISE TERM
The council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9727, Article 4, Section 4.04, Franchise Term, is hereby amended

Section 4.04 Franchise Term
This Franchise shall commence upon the'd ne this Ordinance becomes effective and shall
expire on November 30, 1998 unless'terininated sooner as hereinafter provided.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official publication.
