ORDINANCE No. 9739
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1360 OF THE 1997
LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 1360.02 of the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Subd.4 Temporary Fences
Snow fences and other equivalent opaque fences of a temporary design shall be set back at least 50 feet
from any south or east property line, or such additional distance as may be required to prevent the
accumulation of snow on public streets or adjoining property, as determined by the Building Official. No
such snow fence or equivalent or posts shall be installed prior to November 1, and must be removed prior
to April 15.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
