CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9702 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from Rural <br />Residential (RR) to Single Family Residential (R-1) to with: <br />The property consists of 2.5 acres of PT of NE1/4-SWi/4 & PT of NW1/4-SW1/4 <br />Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, being a strip of land 4 rods wide run W from <br />NE Cor of NW1/4-SW1/4 along N line of SD Tract Dist 10 rods exc N 4 rods of <br />W 1 rod of E 10 rods of NWi/4-SW1/4 of Section 3 axe part platted as Fox Fire <br />Estates. <br />Section 2.
