ORDINANCE NO.9703
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3W.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP"
OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake
Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural
Residential to (OP) Open Space Preservation District to wit:
The East one-half of the Southwest quarter (E1/2 of SW1/4) of Section 11, EXCEPTING that part
thereof described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said East one-half of the
Southwest quarter (El/2 of SW1/4) Two (2) rods west of the Northeast corner thereof; thence
South Three (3) rods; thence West on a line parallel with the North line of said tract to the west
line thereof; thence North Three (3) rods; thence East to the place of beginning. Also
EXCEPTING Registered Land Survey No. 54. Also the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter (NE1/4 of NW1/4) and the North Three (3) rods of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter (SE1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14; Also EXCEPTING, the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4 of NE-1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14, Township
29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County Minnesota
AND
The North Three (3) rods of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County,
Minnesota and is commonly known as 4338 Kimbro Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
