CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-0(4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 505.05 SUBD 1 A and B <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO MOVING BUILDINGS <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 505.05 Subd. I A. and B. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Subd 1. Application. <br />Prior to moving a building or structure which will be located or relocated within the <br />City, a moving permit must be obtained from the Council. The application for a moving <br />permit shall include the following information: <br />A. A performance bond in an amount set forth by the Council based on a written <br />recommendation of the Building Official, City Attorney and/or City Planner. <br />B. A certificate of insurance which indicates that the applicant has obtained liabili <br />coverage and property damage coverage in an amount set forth by the Council <br />based on a written recommendation of the Building Official, City Attorney <br />and/or City Planner. <br />Section 2.
