ORDINANCE NO. 9709
AN ORDINACE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3(A) 1. of the Zoning District Map of the Lake
Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (R-1) Single
Family Residential to (RR) Rural Residential to wit:
That part of the North 66.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying westerly of the
northwesterly line of 55" Street North as dedicated on the plat of FOX FIRE ESTATES,
according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County Minnesota.
Also, the North 66.00 feet (4 rods) of the East 148.50 feet (9 rods) of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon Rs passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 17" day of June 1997.
