WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 971a
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the
Lake Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from RR
(Rural Residential) to BP (Business Park) to wit:
This property is legally described as Section 33, Township 29, Range 21, West %: of the
Southeast '% except south 240 feet of the West 200 feet except parcel 37033-2210, except
37033-2205
and
PT East ''/2 of Southeast % Containing 80 acres except therefrom that PT thereof described as
follows to wit the West 175.0 feet of East 568.52 feet of South 373.37 feet of the East '/: of
Southeast Y+Section 33, Range 21, Village of Lake Elmo 200.0 feet of the South 435.6 feet of
East %: of Southeast % Section 33, Township 29, Range 21 (Tract B) Also except therefrom
that portion being taken for right of way for Trunk Highway number 94, Containing 11.54 acres
more or less as more specifically set forth in a plat dated February 19, 1972 and filed for
record with the Washington County registrar of title on March 1, 1972 as Doc. No. 33420. All in
Washington County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 51h day of August, 1997.
