LAKE ELMO HAMLET ESTATES <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MNNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.9715 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMNDING SECTION 300.07 OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNIIAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3(A) 1.Of the Zoning District Map of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is hereby amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural <br />Residential to (OP) Open Space Development Zoning Area to wit: <br />The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and that part of Northwest quarter of the <br />Southeast quarter lying northerly of State Highway No. 5 all in Section 16, Township 29, <br />Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2.
