AN ORDINANCE AMNDING SECTION 300.07 OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNIIAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3(A) 1.Of the Zoning District Map of the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code; is hereby amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural
Residential to (OP) Open Space Development Zoning Area to wit:
The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and that part of Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter lying northerly of State Highway No. 5 all in Section 16, Township 29,
Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 2"d day of September,
