Brockman Property <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9719 <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. Of the "Zoning District Map" of <br />the Lake Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property <br />from (RR) Rural Residential to (OP) Open Space Development Zoning District to wit: <br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 21 <br />West, Washington County, Minnesota, EXCEPTING therefrom the South 215.00 feet of <br />the West 200.00 feet of the East 233.00 feet thereof, containing 77.98 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to Inwood Avenue along the westerly line thereof and shown as Parcel 3 on <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO.44, recorded as <br />Document No. 475548 in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. Also, subject to existing 15a' Street along the southerly line thereof. <br />Section 2.
