CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97 2-0 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3007.07 SUBD. 4. H e. <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd 4. H. e. of the 1997 Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />300.07 Subd. 4. H. e. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit <br />General Business <br />Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit <br />Bed and Breakfast Facility <br />15 Beds Maximum <br />Boarding Care Facility <br />15 Residents Maximum <br />Day Care Centers <br />40 Children Maximm u <br />Kennels <br />Nursing Care Facility <br />15 Residents Maximum <br />Open Sales Lots <br />Manufacturing <br />Any industrial manufacturing operation in existence <br />within the City at the effective date of this section, <br />including manufacture of wood products and plastic <br />products, may continue the use as a conforming use <br />without a conditional use permit.
